Liason with port, immigration and customs authorities concerning the arrival, berthing and departure of vessels.

Attending to and administering all SA Port disbursements.

Arranging all discharging, loading and/or transhipment operations.
Supervise stevedoring.

Arrangement of cold store facilities (also bonded) and attending to all receipt and release formalities.

All import and export matters such as clearing and forwarding, documentation with port and customs authorities, Transport, Warehousing, Cold storage, bookings with shipping lines, cargo and shipping line documentation.

Applying for and obtaining the nesesary permits for foreign fishing vessels from the South African sea fisheries authorities to be in posession of fishing gear and or to tranship frozen fish.

Liason with ship chandlers.

Dry docking and slipway arrangement.

Liason with surveyors, salvage operators, underwriters and lawyers.

Arranging of bunker facilities.

Attending to meet and assist with arrival and departure of owners, superintendents and crew. Arranging transport and immigration formalities as well as hotel and flight bookings.

Arranging of Medical services and hospitalisation.

Assisting with the procurement of bait for longline vessels.
